In a previous article I spoke of what bursitis is and why it develops. In this article I'll talk about some of the most common types of arthritis. Let's start from the top and work down.

The hip is an area where an number of different types of bursitis may occur. Sitting on a hard surface ischiogluteal leads to bursitis. This is a persistent type of bursitis in the region located gluteal.
Iliopectineal bursitis is located in the groin area and is aggravated by walking, running and climbing stairs.
Trochanteric bursitis is located on the outside of the hip. This type of bursitis often occurs in overweight people and is aggravated by walking, climbing stairs, and lying on the affected side.
bursitis Gluteus medius is very similar to trochanteric bursitis. The location is usually a bit later than the trochanteric bursa.
Bursitis in the knee can be placed in front of the patella (bursitis prepatellar) or just below the knee along the inside of the upper shin bone (tibia). This is called anserine bursitis. Bursitis prepatellar, as is the case of bursitis olecrenon can become septic.
Bursitis in the ankle can occur in the back of the heel below the Achilles tendon. In general, hyperactivity, such as running too much can cause this type of bursitis. Rest, ice, and sometimes anti-inflammatory drugs are useful. Steroid injections should be used with caution in this area because of the potential to weaken the Achilles tendon. This situation can lead to rupture of the tendon.
Bursitis occurs at the base of the fifth toe is called a bursitis bunionette and opccurring on the side of the big toe is called a bunion. The Osteoarthritis is the common underlying cause of bursitis. special padding and injections of glucocorticoids are useful treatments.
Patients with inflammatory diseases such as gout or rheumatoid arthritis, can also develop bursitis. Any patient with recurrent bursitis should be evaluated for an underlying condition that might predispose to bursitis receiving.
The diagnosis of bursitis and treatment is not easy. A well-qualified rheumatologist or orthopedist should be consulted. If the injection is necessary, ultrasound needle guidance is recommended.

I know nothing about these things and I will be calling all morning, but I was wondering what to expect. I think it will be about 6 to 10k to have a place here in San Antonio but what kind of tank I need?
Its soil conditions have much to do with what type of system you need. The number of bed rooms is usually a key that is used in the designer to determine the size. In Texas, the system must be designed by a certified designer and installed by a licensed contractor. If you have a real sandy soil, you may use a system contventional leech bed. If you have much clay you may need to have an aerobic system. Our septic system in eastern Texas that was installed in 1996, cost about $ 4,000. I guess the same system today would cost about $ 6,000. We have a lot of mud so that our system is aerobic.

Most septic systems are registered with the Ministry of Health here. You will need the year built the house and perhaps the name of the manufacturer or installer.
