Septic System Soil Test

What kind of fees I am looking to put a unit on the property of the grandmother?
Ok so my husband and I are going to be building our new home next summer 2011. We have not decided on whether we want to buy a kit home, mobile home, or something around those lines. 1200 will be less square feet is considered a unit of the grandmother. The property that we are building already has a 2500 square foot home it.We live in California and we would like to know is the payment of fees, such as school fees, building permits, insurance (Course of Construction), Classification Plan, gross Pad qualifying home, Finish classification standard septic system or connection to the City Sewer utility hook-ups, a percolation test, Test, test soil and expansion. If anyone has experience in this field and let me know what to expect really appreciate it. Thank you!
Your rates for permits will be about 6k, with nothing really going on. The classification and pad will cost a lot, I was surprised the last time you built a house. Its first edition will get a permit, most of CA does not allow two houses on a lot more and if there is a septic tank may well be forgotten, which is not happening.
