I want to create a mobile home on an acre of raw land.?
I have an idea … I want to set a mobile home on an acre of land in Tulsa Oklahoma. Be how much the mobile home will cost, and how much will it cost to move the site, the problem I have is how much will it cost to obtain electricity, water and septic system. Anyone have any idea? To round out … this is a piece of empty land on the road between two cow pastures, and I do not have a well. Is it expensive and difficult to do? We settled for a $ 50,000 double-wide frame of which became a modular. The furniture, which would spend about $ 7k for furniture.
