My father and I looked at a potential home today. the selling price is 92000. my father is not a licensed inspector, but very knowledgeble to be able to locate the main issues on the basis, etc. advised the house seemed fine (so far). the house was built in the late , 1960 … 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. One car garage. roof and away from home in good condition. the house has been on the market may be less than 6 months. the seller is wanting to move fairly faster than I said. the only problem is that the house has a septic waste system seems to have been emptied! the owner has lived here for 10 years. so this could be a major problem. assumingnthe seller agrees to have the septic pumped and inspected .. is offering about 78 thousand to the low bid? any input greatly appreciated. I am asking my realitor this question is meaningless because the commission wants as possible, obviously. the house floor space is less than square feet
