How I can get my home to go to a Board of Health to clean and disinfect my apt?
The septic system overflowed into my apt. The owner refused to fix it. Board of Health came to inspect the house and deemed "unihabitable" and ordered the landlord to fix, clean and disinfect area for me and my son can move back in. She was given 24 hours to comply.That was on 14 April. It is now May 2 and my son and I have been "homeless" since April 11. I went to Housing Court and I had to file a TRO. But nothing has been done. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I need to have my septic system inspected to a new bigger home. now is 1000 bladder. enough for two bedrooms, i want to upgrade to three. do you think the health department will send me a larger tank or just add leach lines? my system is in good condition.
