heating oil in the septic system?
I'm trying to buy this house. Today, when the technician came to inspect septic system everything that we realized a lot of heating oil in the tanks. Solid tank has a large amount of oil. The system has four tanks. Two solid tanks and two white-water tanks. The first tank solids in the series had as much oil. I'm not sure exactly how much, but liquid in the tank was very red, and floated to the top. each tank that took place in less oil. The white water tank last time there was a very thin film at the top. The house does not use this form of heat, not even know where the tank is in the oil. I have no idea of how oil could have entered into the septic tank. This is really confusing. Does anyone have any experience with this? This is a bank owned home, I hope the bank will cover the project law. My inspector was saying that this is probably a murderer agree, do you think is right?
it is the responsibility banks, have your real estate agent take care of him, as if someone sonds thought the system was a good hiding, the former owners in a lot of foreclosures did much damage before they were to go, I just went through the same thing, but they had to completely replace the entire system and the bank pays for it, do not take on their shoulders due to a material issue dangerous and goes to the cost of pumping and recharging the system.

I had my septic system pumped the other day and when the boy took off his cap stern tank smell was overwhelming and turds were floating around. I immediately thought of Washington DC Why do you think it was?
