Septic System Construction

Preparation for the basement bathroom w new construction and the pump?
My friend is building a new home and want to pre-plumb the basement bathroom. The property has a septic tank above the basement. I'm trying to help you choose the best pump system? Only I can think of three drainage systems in a well Sumba. What size should it be? pump will be strong? and the smell of the basement? Foreign holding tank This pump would have to be very deep. there shall be a manhole cover coming to earth? how big does the tank have to be. vents it will be necessary for the bathroom? Is there a small sealed tank that can go in the basement floor? any other options that would be ideal, with construction the new building. Then there is the surface pump that doesn't want. this well may be the same have the well pump sumba or be independent?
independence of the is chosen, must be approved by the Department of Health.

We can’t stand the shady bozo next door and we want him out!!!!!!?
This guy rents out a house with an open septic system that’s illegal as hell, no bathroom in that house and the person he has living there is always at our house using our facilities for elimination, showering, dishwashing and laundry. We had to cut out a lot of that after he broke our dryer and was wanting to use this and that at all hours of the day and night. Tenant won’t take steps to improve his own situation and landlord is in no hurry to fix anything. And that’s not all. Landlord has tried encroaching on our property and tried selling off to someone an extension we just bought this past winter. He also illegally dumps garbage, construction waste and the like onto the land behind his, which he does not own, and the illegal septic mentioned previously leaches into that same property. We have had enough of both of them and we want them gone. Any ideas on the best way to go about it?
Call the health department about the open septic, all of the other problems will fall into place.
Why let the guy into your home in the first place? I certainly wouldn’t.
