how to get rid of my house?
it is an older home and i want a brand new home…..it needs work and we have put a new roof and central heat and air in it which was very expensive now it could probably use a new septic system. We are so tired of fixing stuff we just want to get rid of the house and we can’t. I’ve even considered foreclosure but I dont want to ruin our credit…… what are the options? How do we get rid of this house?
we have had it for sale for months…..and only have had 2 ppl look at it and its not listed to high……
Why can’t you get rid of it? Put it up for sale and sell it. If you can’t seem to find a buyer and want tips on getting it to sell that I can help with. Please clarify.
