What can you build on land that has no septic tank approval?
Hello, I purchased a / 2 acre of land in a Poconos about 3 or 4 years ago. The land is in a residential area and for some reason my plot of land is not an endorsement of a septic system, because according to the city is an artificial lake nearby. I just pay the annual tax that do not have land use for what ever. He never tried to list or sell it … but if no other option on the land use, I might be forced to. Believe me, the area is beautiful and close to New York … the only problem is getting an approval Septic somehow. Does anyone know if I can do anything with this land?
