How to Care for the septic system?
We recently bought a house that has a "class 1 plant of aerobic wastewater treatment." The brand is Louisiana-Hoot. I had pumped and services .. but they are realizing our yard floods tremendously. I read that you have to "seal" the manholes so that excess water does not enter the system .. is covering with soil cover (soil) is not enough? Do I have to caulk the openings with a sealant concrete? The top of the system is clearly visible today, we see three manholes. Should they all be covered with earth, except the manhole center that holds the aerator? I've seen pictures of this and that is how the system of our neighbor appears. Thanks!

What Sealing caps with a bath type (rubber) seal it would be easier to remove the seal? Put dirt on top just means that the water seeping through flooding or washing the dirt. Because you do not want problems in the future or a disaster, I would get advice from a dealer or manufacturer.
